The links to the following websites are provided solely as a public service and for your convenience. They are free sources for research on legal issues and a starting point for finding helpful information and services. Some of the websites provide access to self help information or information on free services that you as a consumer can take advantage of at little or no cost.

1. The Living Will Lockbox for Nevadans. A free service provided by the Nevada Secretary of State Office, authorized by Nevada Revised Statutes 449.900- 449.965 REGISTRY OF ADVANCE DIRECTIVES FOR HEALTH CARE.You can visit the Living Will Lockbox for the registration agreement to file a copy of your durable power of attorney for healthcare matters.
2. State Bar of Nevada’s Lawyer Referral & Information Service at 702-382-0504 in Clark County and toll-free at 1-800-789-5747 statewide.
3. The Clark County Family Law Online Self-Help Center is it provides online access to forms and information concerning issues such as divorce, child support, child custody, paternity issues, marriage annulment, guardianship and juvenile matters.You can visit the Self- Help Center located at 601 North Pecos Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101-2408 Monday-Friday.
4. The Nevada Supreme Court Council for Pro Se Assistance has compiled links to self help legal resources that you can access online.
5. On its Web site, the Clark County Bar Association has compiled and posted a comprehensive listing of Legal Resources for Southern Nevada covering a broad spectrum of legal issues and needs.
6. The Neighborhood Justice Center provides no-cost mediation services to Clark County residents, businesses and organizations.
7. The Las Vegas Small Business Development Center is a partnership program between the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the U.S. Small Business Administration. The Las Vegas SBDC office is located at Nevada Small Business Development Center, Campus Services Building, Room 205 (physical location)
